The first group of photos are all conversions. The highest efficiency in building is to re-purpose existing structures. It is less expensive and much better for the environment. Yes there are design challenges, but I love those. Following the conversions there are new detached ADUs, additional ADU conversions, kitchen remodels and photos from my 35 years of residential design and construction. Mixed in are some 3D renderings of projects either in the pipeline or something designed and not completed. All my projects are first thoroughly rendered so you as the client have a very good idea of what will be built.
